Return Policy for Online Purchases

Return Policy:
All clothing items purchased from our online store may be returned. Item must be returned in store (Plato's Closet Novi) within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn with tags attached and receipt for full refund. All shoes and accessories may be returned in-store on the day of purchase, but cannot be returned after the day of purchase. We ask that customers try on shoes at pick-up to confirm they fit correctly before leaving the store. Customers can choose to not try on shoes at pick-up, but they cannot be returned afterwards. 

Once the return is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days. Items must be returned in-store to the same location of purchase.

*Shipped items may only be returned in-store, we do not accept mailed returns. 

We are working hard to keep our online shopping experience up-to-date with available items to shop. However, due to customers shopping our items both in-store and online, not all items on our online store are guaranteed to be in stock. If an item in your order is no longer available, we will remove that item from your order, give you a full refund of that item, and send you an email/text notification of the refund.
