How much is shipping?

We provide $10 flat rate shipping for all orders. All items are shipped via USPS and you will receive a tracking number after we have shipped your order. We will do our best to fulfill orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times will vary based on your location. Please note we do not ship international.

We also offer in-store pickup for no additional cost. This option will appear at checkout under shipping/pickup methods.

When can I pick up my order?

You will receive a confirmation email when your items are ready for pickup. Please come into the store and meet with an employee at the registers. Tell them you are picking up an online order, show them your ID and they'll grab it for you!

Why was an item in my pickup or delivery order refunded? 

Due to customers shopping our items both in-store and online, not all items on our online store are guaranteed to be in stock. Your item(s) may have been refunded because that item is no longer available. In this case, we will remove that item from your order, give you a full refund of that item, and send you an email/text notification of the refund. However, we are posting new items to our website everyday! Keep checking back for similar items!

What is your return policy?

All items purchased from our online store may be returned. Item must be returned in store (Plato's Closet Novi) within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn with tags attached and receipt for full refund. Once the return is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days. Items must be returned in-store to the same location of purchase.

Items may only be returned at the store, we do not accept mailed returns.

Where does your inventory come from?

We buy all of our inventory from our customers! Everything we sell is gently used, but in great condition and current style. Our certified buyers check every item we buy and if it doesn’t meet our brand standards, we don’t buy it. You can read more about our buying process here.
